Session #1 Presentation - This power point presentation provides an introduction and overview of the Common Core State Standards, a link to the "YouTube" video, and reference to various helpful websites for more information.
http://sbac.portal.airast.org/practice-test/ - This link was provided by the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE). It will lead you to a sample computer test created by the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) for grades 3-8, and 11. Feel free to follow the link. Once on the site, click on the green box, and "sign-in" as directed as a "Guest." The test will give you the option of selecting a grade level, then Math or English/Language Arts. Click on your choices and the test will begin.
