Carlton Hills School's School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is designed to improve academic outcomes for all students, aligning with district and state goals. As a schoolwide Title 1 program, we emphasize professional development for teachers, focusing on Collective Efficacy, NGSS concepts, PBIS, and social-emotional learning (SEL) through the MTSS framework. Our approach includes targeted support for students’ academic and SEL needs, regular teacher collaboration, and a strong focus on improving student attendance. Additional programs like the Second Step Curriculum, community circles, and extracurricular activities support a positive, connected school culture, aiming to ensure every student succeeds.
